The faithful have left you behind,
You’ll know that the rapture
Failed to recapture
Your devious Atheist mind!”

So what did I find when I woke
this morning and looked for you folk?
You-all are still here,
not in Heaven, I fear
‘Cause the whole stupid thing is a joke!

It’s clear that the Rapture’s a con,
with so many dates come and gone.
It seems that the grand plan
is worth even less than
the paper it’s all written on!

In Sydney yesterday, thousands gathered in support of action to stop human induced climate change and made it clear that if a tax would help, they were for it. A short distance away, an opposing rally was told that a carbon tax was a futile and unnecessary impost on the family budget. 

The old irresponsible breed
Who march to Conservative creed;
Are arrogant fools,
Who ignorance rules,
And live in delusion and greed!

Their victory hollow

Artesian Basin,
Bringing life
Australia’s dry Outback.

Nature’s wonder
So long forming
Delicate its balance.

The suits, the hats
Seducers all,
Buy time on prime TV

Highly trained to
Placate fear with
Fake integrity

Like the randy
Drunken lout
A lying one night stand,

You have your way
And leave behind
A monster pregnancy.
